Introducing the Help Center: Knowledge Base and Learning Resources Combined

Finding the information you need just got easier

As we develop our platform, we’re committed to creating a friendly, supportive environment by helping new traders start their career, adjust their trading strategies, make informed investment decisions, and ultimately succeed in the markets.

What’s Changed?

Recently, we’ve made it easier for you to find the answers about our platform you might be looking for as well as learn trading essentials. What we did was move the content from the “FAQ” and “Education” pages into our shiny new Help Center, which is now your go-to source for both answers to frequently asked questions and helpful training materials.

How to Navigate to the Help Center?

To visit the Help Center, choose the “More” item in the left-hand navigation menu and then hit “Help Center”, as shown in the screenshot below:

What Happened to the “Education” and ”FAQ” Pages?

The Help Center page includes two sections. Under “User Guide”, we’ve combined all the information related to the use of our trading platform. For example, you can find out why we require users to verify their accounts, how to make your first deposit, and what different statuses mean.

If you’re new to trading or looking to progress your skills, the “Trading Tutorials” section (formerly known as “Education”) covers some important topics you need to be aware of as a trader as well as useful tips and suggestions we recommend you follow. In addition to reading through our brief yet clear explanations of the concepts, strategies, and techniques you can immediately apply, you can watch short professionally produced instructional videos, such as this one.
