Technical analysis


A new chapter of the trade war between the United States and China began. Yesterday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the imposition of sanctions against a number of Chinese companies associated with the Iranian oil sector.

Oil decline is likely to continue despite the level of support. The overall fundamental situation leaves much to be desired. As a matter of fact, there is currently no sign that gives a bullish signal.


The asset chart dropped below the upward support level, which led to increased bearish activity. The target of the downward trend could be 1.23000.


Sales started again from the resistance level at 960, which can develop into a confident downtrend.
